RR held their annual Christmas “do” at Philipburn Hotel, Selkirk on Saturday 5 December 2009.

Alan McNeilly organised a very festive meal and we had great fun with the balloons (we’re all still kids at heart !).  Having recently come across a December 1969 SOA newsletter and discovered that RR is 40 years old this month, Robin arranged for a suitable cake to be produced. This was very noble considering that he wasn’t going to be at the meal to eat it. He was, however, sent some slices via Rob so hopefully they will find their way to Roseisle sooner rather than later.  Thanks to Alan for organising (never again, he says !)
