| Courses: | Long Yellow 2.2km (very easy, suitable for families/runners) Orange 3.3km (requires a little experience) Orange with a twist 3.8km (more difficult) |
| Start time: | Starts from 5 – 6.30pm. Courses close at 7.30pm |
