Location and parking

Parking at the public car park by Lauder Primary School, Allanbank Gardens (signposted from B6362 Stow Road). Start and finish nearby. Overflow parking at Lauder primary school or in Allanbank Gardens (please show consideration for residents).

Starts:  6:30 – 7pm – Courses close at 7.45pm

Courses:  Sprint (Approx. Orange standard – 2.2km) and Family (Yellow standard – 2.0km).

Terrain:  Urban with some areas of grass which may be slippery if wet.  Trail or road shoes suitable.

Safety:  The Yellow course does not cross any roads and is suitable for unaccompanied juniors. The Sprint course crosses a number of roads (mostly quiet) and juniors on this course will need to be shadowed.
