There was excellent news this week for two of our members, following the announcement of various Great Britain teams.

Douglas Tullie (RR and EUOC) has been selected for the Nordic Orienteering Tour in June which is a tour of several World Cup races in Scandanavia. Douglas will also be going to the World University Championships which are being held in Borlange, Sweden in August. Edinburgh University are supplying a unprecedented 7 of the 10 athletes going to the University Championships.

Kirstin Maxwell’s recent hard work has paid off and she’s chuffed to bits having been selected for the 12-strong GB team of 16 and 18 year-olds going to the European Youth Championships taking place in Spain in July.
