The autumn series got off to a good start at Bowmont on 17th September with a healthy turnout of 26 people enjoying a sunny run round the woods.  Unfortunately one of the controls got vandalised so a few people lost time here, but at least we found the missing unit in the bracken.  Thanks to Eileen, Karen, Rob, Judy, Jane and Alison for helping on the day.

Fastest on the Yellow course was Craig McAdam with Rachel Ewing in 2nd place.  On Orange Keith Murray took the honours from Les Turnbull but 2nd, 3rd and 4th were separated by only 16 seconds.   On Orange+ Paul McGreal had a narrow win over Gareth Owens.

Next event is a Bowhill on Saturday 22 October, starts from 1 – 2pm again.  Courses will be marginally longer – we gave you a gentle introduction for the first event !    Hope to see you there.
