Courses:  Sprint (Orange standard) and Yellow.

Start times :  6:30 – 7pm.

Entry fees: Adult members £3, junior members £1. Adult non-members £4, junior non-members £1.50. Free timing chip hire.  Entry form

Terrain:  mainly parkland and woodland, lots of paths.
