Starts:  between 1 and 2pm

Start and Finish both nearby.

Course:  Two courses suitable for all abilities but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  The adult must run their own course first if they want a competitive run themselves.

Terrain:  almost all on tarmac, possibly some sections on parkland.

Entries:  Pre-entries  have now closed.  Late entries should be available but email Ian Maxwell to check (details below).

Entry fees: Senior members £4.50,  Junior members £2.25,  Non-members £5.50 / £2.75. Fees payable by card (preferably), exact cash, or by BACS.

Timing:  Sportident timing.  Hire of contactless dibber 50p, hire of older manual dibber Free.

Clothing/Footwear:   Shorts can be worn. No metal-studded running shoes.
