Parking:  in the usual “walkers” car park up the road from the sawmill HERE.

Courses:  Provisional courses – Yellow (2.5km/easy) and Light Green (3.5 km / harder). 

Timing:  Starts from 11am – 12 noon.  Registration will open at 10:45am. 

Entries: Pre-entries have now closed and maps ordered.  If you’d like a late entry send an email to Rob Cranston to check on availability no later than Friday early evening. You may get a home-printed map but you can definitely get an entry.  Entry on the day subject to printed maps being available.

Entry fees: Senior members £4.50,  Junior members £2.25,  Non-members £5.50 / £2.75. Fees payable by card (preferably), exact cash, or by BACS.

Timing:  Sportident timing.  Hire of contactless dibber 50p, hire of older manual dibber Free.

Medical conditions:  Anyone with a medical condition can leave details in a sealed envelope at Registration which they can retrieve when they finish.

* Please note a change to insurance cover: As of 1/1/26 participants who are not members of either British Orienteering or Scottish Orienteering are not now covered by their respective public liability insurance. By entering this event, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. For example, if non-members were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered. Joining  is easy either HERE (British Orienteering)  or HERE (Scottish Orienteering).
