SIAC dibbers:  Important – the Start and Finish need dibbed as normal, they aren’t SIAC-enabled.

Note that the 40 Minute and Orange courses both have Open starts, just turn up and start when convenient.

Loose control descriptions size:

The Orange control descriptions are 9cm long, 40-minute 13 cm long, 60-minute 18.5cm and 70-minute 16.5cm (the latter in a smaller font but easily readable for young eyes ! )

Reluctantly we’ve had to CANCEL the planned urban event and social at Coldingham on 25 August due to a lack of numbers but we’ll reschedule another time.

Due to access issues at the sports hall the Jedburgh Sprint has moved to Wednesday 30 May.  All other details stay the same.
