We’ll be pleased to offer any WRE Elite Sprint runner a non-competitive run on one of the urban courses at a fixed cost of £5 per run payable on the day of the event.  You need to enter the urban course you want on a separate entry form, request an Open Start for convenience and key in a discount code which you can obtain by first emailing Lindsey (abbeys2023@roxburghreivers.org.uk).

There will be coaching available before the Gordon event. (12.00 to 1.00). Compass and Pacing exercises, suitable for all abilities. No charge.
