Thank you for supporting Roxburgh Reivers’ event at Bowmont Forest and to those who offered generous comments after their runs, I am sure the fine day of weather added to the enjoyment.  Great to see a few new faces taking part too.  Bowmont is a lovely area at this time of year offering some decent stretches of good going before the bracken takes off in the next few weeks. Thanks to Roxburghe for giving permission to orienteer here.  

As ever the organisation of the event was very much a team effort.  I would like to thank Robin, for help putting out controls, Eileen, Bridget, Judith, James, Eb and Ian, for collecting the controls in afterwards, and Lindsey, for her proficiency in handling the computing side of things before and during the event.
