Parking/Registration:  The car park near the river at the southern end of Mayfield Lane (near Mayfield Garden Centre) TD5 7BL.  Map HERE

Courses:  Two courses suitable for all abilities but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  The adult must run their own course first if they want a competitive run themselves. 

Courses lengths:  On the most likely routes the long course is about 5.6km, the short course about 3km.  All with very little climb.

Terrain:  almost all on tarmac, possibly some sections on parkland. As with all urban races, please take care crossing roads, some in the centre of Kelso are quite busy. Watch out for pedestrians also when emerging from vennels and closes.

Entries:  Pre-entries have now closed.  A few extra maps are being printed to late entries, email Eb Rooney (see below) to check availablility.

Entry fees: Senior members £4.50,  Junior members £2.25,  Non-members £5.50 / £2.75. Fees payable by card (preferably), exact cash, or by BACS.

Timing:  Sportident timing.  Hire of contactless dibber 50p, hire of older manual dibber Free.

Clothing/Footwear:   Shorts can be worn. No metal-studded running shoes.
