Douglas Henderson has won the Super Veterans (Over 55) category of the Nopesport Urban League which consisted of the 10 main city races in Great Britain.

Douglas who has competed in every race has led from start to finish but could have been overtaken by his nearest rival on the last race at Sheffield after an uncharacteristic poor performance. Fortunately Douglas’s excellent early season results were enough to keep him ahead to become the club’s first league winner in this fast growing branch of the sport.

Kirstin and Karen Maxwell also finished in podium places in the league both finishing 2^nd in the Women’s Open and Junior Women’s categories respectively.
