DESCRIPTION:Parking/Registration:  Abbey Bridge car park (south of the Abbey)\, near to Thistle Pavilion. Map here. \nPublic Toilets available\, 50p pay by card. \nStarts:  between 1 and 2pm \nStart and Finish both nearby. \nCourse:  Two courses suitable for all abilities but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  The adult must run their own course first if they want a competitive run themselves. \nTerrain:  almost all on tarmac\, possibly some sections on parkland. \nEntries:  Pre-entries  have now closed.  Late entries should be available but email Ian Maxwell to check (details below). \nEntry fees: Senior members £4.50\,  Junior members £2.25\,  Non-members £5.50 / £2.75. Fees payable by card (preferably)\, exact cash\, or by BACS. \nTiming:  Sportident timing.  Hire of contactless dibber 50p\, hire of older manual dibber Free. \nClothing/Footwear:   Shorts can be worn. No metal-studded running shoes. \n  \n
