Format:           1 short course (will be suitable for under 16s).  Plus, for Traquair only, a Yellow course.

Register:         from 5:45pm with Starts from 6-6:30pm (course closing at 7pm).

Parking           follow signs to visitors’ car park

Entry fee         £3/£1.50 on PAYG, or season ticket for all 6 events of £12 for adults, £6 for juniors/students.

Urban or Terrain (i.e. woods/parkland):    Parkland Terrain.  Shorts allowed.

Scoring:          6 events, with best 4 scores counting in the series. The winner of each race will get 30 points, 29 for 2nd and so on. (If there are more than 30 people everyone below 30th place will receive 1 point).
