Bowhill Estate has a good network of paths, so an excellent place for families and newcomers to orienteering. Much of the woodland is runnable, and the longer courses will offer route choice and a chance to practice the more technical skills.

Courses:

• Yellow, easy course for younger juniors and newcomers
• Orange, slightly more difficult, more route choice
• Light Green, longer and more technically difficult

Entry Fees:

Juniors £2.00, Seniors £4.00, Families £7.50 maximum
