Club Coaching Weekend:

Self-catering accommodation is now booked for the coaching weekend on 24th & 25th November at Lagganlia in Speyside.

Cost for accommodation and maps will be around £40 each for club members as Roxburgh Reivers will be subsidising this.  Food and transport are not included.  Please now confirm to myself if you are going to attend the complete weekend or part and if you want to stay at Lagganlia. (numbers are limited)

The theme of the weekend will be “Back to basics” with sessions as follows.
Saturday: Contour interpretation, Orienteering race, Short physical session, indoor discussion on physical training for orienteering.
Sunday: Compass and pacing, fun sprint race.

All sessions will have exercises suitable for all levels of ability and experienced orienteers are welcome to just take a map and do their own thing.
